Notary Wagon provides mobile notarial services and scheduling coordination. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, select forms, or draft legal documents.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking request submitted via this website does not constitute a guaranteed appointment. Service is only confirmed once the Notary Wagon team has verified the details and issued a formal confirmation.
3. Identification Requirements
Signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the appointment. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the travel fee.
4. Signer Capacity
The Notary Public reserves the right to refuse service if the signer appears to be under duress, lacks the mental capacity to understand the document, or is otherwise unable to complete the notarial act according to law.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. For certain appointments, a non-refundable retainer may be required to secure the dispatch of a mobile agent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Notary Wagon's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for the legal validity of the documents we notarize or for any consequences arising from their use.
