Jurisdiction & Venue
This Privacy Policy and all matters related to the use of this platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this Policy or data handling shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. Users waive any and all objections to personal jurisdiction or venue in Franklin County, Ohio.

Data points including ZIP code, appointment time, and service type are collected solely to calculate accurate dynamic pricing and to manage scheduling logistics. This information is not sold, shared, or distributed to third-party marketing entities.

For quote generation, we process your ZIP code to calculate travel fees based on our zone pricing system.
