Base Fee: $5.00
Notarial Services: $5.00. Statutory fee per notarial act under Ohio law [ORC 147.08]. Mobile dispatch and/or convenience fees are billed separately.
Form I-9 Verification
Base Fee: $150.00
Authorized representative completion of Form I-9 Section 2 identity and employment authorization verification. Notary Wagon agents act strictly as an authorized representative of the employer. If the verification cannot be completed due to invalid, expired, or missing identification documents, or if the employee is unable to provide required documentation, a non-refundable trip and administrative processing fee will still apply.
Field Property Condition Report
Base Fee: $100.00
On-site property condition inspection and documentation of exterior or interior or both. We complete the evaluation based on your provided checklist or scope requirements. Base price includes up to 60 minutes on-site.
Vehicle Condition Report
Base Fee: $100.00
Professional on-site vehicle inspection and high-resolution photographic documentation. This service is ideal for out-of-state purchasers, online auto marketplace buyers, and commercial entities requiring verified condition data. Service includes: Odometer reading verification, VIN verification, objective condition assessment based on your provided checklist, and OBD-II diagnostic code retrieval. Professional Utility: This report provides an independent, objective baseline for private transactions, insurance policy underwriting, or pre-existing damage documentation. Important: This is a visual condition report only and not a mechanical diagnosis, warranty, or official insurance-mandated inspection. Notary Wagon agents act as objective third-party observers; we do not provide repair recommendations. If the inspection cannot be completed due to the vehicle being unavailable, locked, or inaccessible upon arrival, a non-refundable trip and administrative processing fee will still apply. Base price includes up to 60 minutes of on-site time. Additional on-site time beyond the initial 60 minutes is billed at $25.00 per 30-minute increment.
Mystery Shopper Services
Base Fee: $125.00

Service includes: Full execution of your survey or checklist, photographic evidence where permitted, and a concise summary report of findings. Reimbursements: Any costs associated with the audit, such as food, beverage, admission, or service fees, are the responsibility of the client and must be pre-authorized or provided via a corporate expense account prior to the appointment. Professional Utility: Ideal for retail, hospitality, or corporate service audits requiring impartial, third-party observation. Important: As this is a customized audit, please contact us for a final scope of work confirmation. If the evaluation cannot be completed due to facility restrictions or unforeseen access limitations, a non-refundable trip and administrative processing fee will still apply. Service Includes: Systematic visual documentation of your specified check-points (including high-resolution photography and video walk-throughs for Proof of Performance), completion of your custom survey or digital forms, verification of site cleanup, and a structured status summary report. Professional Utility: An essential tool for project managers, property owners, and corporate entities requiring independent Field Verification.
