Notary Network Applications
Submitting an application to join the Notary Wagon network does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed based on credentials, service area needs, and current network capacity. Accepted notaries are engaged as independent contractors, not employees. Notary Wagon reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Dispatch & Fee Activation
Fees are incurred upon dispatch of a mobile agent. Dispatch is defined as the assignment of an agent and the commencement of their travel to the service location. Fees apply fully even if the service is not completed due to user unavailability or failure to meet appointment requirements.
Time-Based Service Window
We operate within a 60-minute arrival window from the scheduled appointment time. Pricing is calculated based on the requested service time, facility type, and travel distance at the time of scheduling, accounting for applicable weekend, holiday, or after-hours rules.
Pricing Variability
Prices are dynamic and system-driven based on the service type, ZIP code, facility type, and time. Your final price is set and locked at the moment of dispatch.
Service Scope
Notary Wagon provides mobile notarial services and scheduling coordination. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice, select forms, or draft legal documents.
